Mr. Rafik Saifi has received the prestigious ‘Golden Ball’ award for being the best footballer of Algeria for 2007-2008. Mr. Saifi is an Algerian international and FC Lorient forward player. He received this award from Algerian Minister of State Mr.Abdelaziz Belkhadem in Algiers.
The winner for this prestigious award is being decided by fans through votes submitted to sports papers Le Buteur and El-Haddaf.
